For hikers and nature lovers, B&B Casa Flamenga is located on the GR13 trail.

The long-distance hiking trail connects Alcoutim to Cabo de São Vicente and is over 300 km long.

The route covers the interior of the Algarve from east to west along mountains, the hills and part of the Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano Natural Park and the Costa Vicentina. The area covers a network of several other hiking routes including audio guided routes, liaison and thematic routes.
